MBACP & Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling

I’m a fully qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, passionate about supporting clients on their personal journey toward healing and self-discovery. I have over 3 years expierence in working with clients with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, family issues and so much more and as a young practitioner, I bring a fresh, empathetic, and grounded perspective to my work. 

  • My approach is primarily person-centred, meaning I believe that you, the client, are the expert in your own life. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and understood. I trust in the natural unfolding of the therapeutic process and allow you to lead the way, working at a pace that feels right for you and toward goals that are meaningful to you.
